Had an issue regulating the temp in my place. The temp got too warm and the thermostat wasn't controlling the heat. Called management to file a request and management got maintenance to come in my apartment right away and fixed the issue. The temp is just right. Thank you Helena Manor.

I recently moved out of these apartments, I lived there for a little over a year, and I truly enjoyed it. This was my very first apartment and I enjoyed the experience. I liked the location, it is pet-friendly, the management people were friendly and communicated well, and maintenance requests were responded to within 2-3 days. The only con that I would say about these apartments is that I noticed during winter, my apartment had a difficult time staying warm. I’m not sure if that has to do with the heating system, but it happened often. Other than that, it is a great place to stay!

The property manager has been really easily to work with and is quick to resolve any issues we may have. Maintenance orders are taken seriously and promptly addressed. The only complaint I have is that snow removal isn't always done in a timely manner and patches of ice get left on the walkways.

When we first moved in we had a few simple maintenance issues that took a few months to resolve. Since then, maintenance has been better about getting back to you in a timely manner. Snow is cleared from sidewalk after a bigger snowfall. Apartment is clean, I don't often use common areas but in the summer tenants fail to pick up after their dogs. Pet friendly, and haven't had any issues with management other than random deposit dates for rent (sometimes even 2 weeks after rent is due). I do like the new mailboxes that are centrally located.

Everything is great with the exception of the laundry situation in my building. There is an issue with the dryer for my building. It's been an issue since I moved in in January. UPDATE: The property management is working on finding a better solution for the laundry situation. I have been reporting it every month for the last 3 months in a row to management and nothing has happened and I've gotten no updates. I even put in a work order that was canceled with no explanation. I have left messages asking what's going on and get no response at all. Whoever takes care of the laundry facilities (it is not the property's responsibility) does not care to keep them in operating condition and management doesn't give any updates. For me, there is nothing more irritating than me calling to report an issue and have literally no response and no action taken. Don't count on the laundry facilities here, it's unreliable and no updates are given on the status of laundry repairs.

It's an old building and my place hasn't been updated so things get old and need to be replaced but the maintenance guys are great. So, other than raising the rent during the tough economic times with the virus, things are okay. My favorite staff....Amanda 😁👍 she's been awsome since the day I met her.

We enjoy living here since October. Reading the other reviews I wasn't expecting a lot. However, Amanda is wonderful to work with and Liberty is very attentive. The complex is going through various building improvements and they are keeping residents informed. I've had 1 maintenance request and it was handled faster than I've ever experienced before. The maintenance staff is excellent! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and conscientious. This company has an online system that works very well and is easy to use for requests or payments. They have a nice common area for people and pets and even provide pet waste bags. My only complaint is that many dog owners are not cleaning up their waste. Which makes no sense to me. I mean, there are free pet waste stations...use them! That frustration has nothing to do with the management but some residents. However, it's still a nice place to call home and is in a convenient location for our needs.
